One of this year’s highlights was a presentation by Grazi Sbardelotto, VP of Marketing Cloud at Pmweb, a VML company, and Saulo Faria, Digital Product & Growth Manager at Burger King (ZAMP). They discussed how personalized strategies have improved the customer experience for BK Lovers, the loyalty program members of Burger King.

With the help of Pmweb and using Braze platform, BK Brazil crafted a strategy that significantly boosted the results of “Clube BK,” the brand’s loyalty program aimed at deepening relationships with its customers.

The results were remarkable: a 31% increase in conversion rates, higher sales and revenue, and better customer relationships. Through the use of CRM data, BK Brazil enhanced customer trust and satisfaction, strengthening their connection with the brand.
